The BeachCrab Resort

The BeachCrab Resort is beautifully located on the crystal clear Indian Ocean. The palm fringed bay Ushongo Beach is located about 65km south of Tanga between Pangani and the National Park Saadani and opposite the famous spice island Zanzibar.

The big beach bar “Ramba RamBar” and the restaurant are located under a typical makuti roof with different levels. The beach level on the dune offers with sun loungers and shade roofs a private relaxation area for peace and quiet. The lounge and sundowner tower offers a beautiful view over the whole bay and in the evening to the colourful sunset in the hinterland. The kitchen offers an African-European mix with a great variety and local products. Thanks to the facilities for backpackers and campers, the resort has very diverse guests and a relaxed atmosphere.
