Plantation Lodge

The Plantation Lodge is a green oasis situated on the rolling hills outside the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. The individually furnished rooms and suites, which blend harmoniously into the blooming garden, offer luxurious comfort and relaxation. The motivated staff of the privately run lodge offer excellent service.

Individuality is a key feature of Plantation Lodge, where each room has its own style, selected accessories and bouquets of flowers from the garden. The main house with lounge, dining room and bar is light and airy. White walls provide the perfect backdrop for black and white photographs and African art. Stone paths lead from the main house to the rooms and suites, which are spread widely across the garden. Some are detached cottages, others adjoin each other in small groups. All offer an elegant bathroom with two sinks and spacious showers. Each room has a fireplace or wood-burning stove and some have a veranda with sun loungers. The lodge offers educational walks through the adjacent coffee plantations.
