Kati Kati Camp

The Kati Kati (Kiswahili: middle) Camp is a mobile camp in the Central Serengeti, near the Seronera Airstrip. The Kati Kati offers 10 tents, since 2017 there is also a large family tent with space for up to five people. Each tent has a small covered veranda with deck chairs in the front.

Inside the tents are clean but comfortable. A luggage rack and a small desk are available. Behind each tent there is a small bathroom with a flush toilet and a 20 litre bucket shower, which can be filled with hot water on request. The common areas in the Kati Kati-Camp give you a real bush feeling. In the evening you can gather around the campfire for a sundowner before dinner is served in the small dining tent. The central region of the Serengeti offers great wildlife density all year round, but you should not walk through the camp without a guard at night.
