Blue Oyster Hotel

This small, German-operated hotel is located in the village of Jambiani. It does not have the luxury of a hotel chain (no swimming pool or spa), but for a small amount of money you have the possibility to get to know a beautiful, not yet overflowing part of Zanzibar‘s coast.

The family-run hotel with a personal atmosphere combines African lifestyle with western standards, creating the perfect setting for a great beach holiday. Responsible tourism has a high priority for the accommodation. There are no facilities such as a pool or air conditioning to reduce the environmental, social and economic impact of tourism.
